Q1. What types of equipment do you mainly manufacture?

We supply full range metal thermal processing equipment:

Q2. Can you design furnaces according to my workpiece, production capacity and heat treatment process?

Yes, full customized service is our core advantage. Our engineering team will analyze your material, target hardness, daily output, workshop space and voltage to design exclusive furnace layout. We provide free 3D drawings and technical parameter sheets before formal order.

Q3. What’s the maximum working temperature of your furnaces?

  1. Standard furnace model: 20℃ ~ 1200℃

  2. High-temperature customized model: up to 1600℃

Temperature range will be adjusted based on your metal material and heat treatment process (annealing, quenching, tempering, sintering).

Q4. How to guarantee uniform temperature inside the furnace chamber?

  1. Multi-zone independent PID temperature control system

  2. Optimized heating element layout around all sides of chamber

  3. Hot air circulation fan for box & mesh belt furnaces

  4. Strict temperature uniformity test before factory delivery

Temperature deviation controlled within ±5℃ for high precision processing.

Q5. Can your equipment avoid workpiece oxidation during heat treatment?

Absolutely. We support complete atmosphere protection solutions: pure nitrogen, ammonia decomposition hydrogen-nitrogen mixed gas, full vacuum sealing system. Workpieces can keep bright surface without decarburization or oxidation after treatment.

Q6. Do you provide official factory test & inspection documents?

Yes. Each furnace comes with full certification files:

  1. Factory temperature uniformity test report

  2. Electrical safety inspection record

  3. Heating element & insulation material warranty document

  4. Complete operation manual in English

Q7. Do your furnaces meet CE standard for European market?

Yes, all our industrial heat treatment furnaces fully comply with EU CE certification requirements, following core standards:

  • LVD Low Voltage & EMC Electromagnetic Compatibility Directives

  • EN 746-1 general safety standard for thermal processing equipment

For atmosphere furnaces with flammable protective gas (ammonia decomposition, hydrogen), we support optional ATEX explosion-proof design. We can provide complete EU Declaration of Conformity, technical construction files and CE marking for customs clearance in EU countries. Q8. What’s the energy consumption of mesh belt annealing line?

Energy consumption depends on furnace length, working temperature and hourly output, our energy-saving mesh belt annealing lines adopt multi-layer nano thermal insulation and hot air recycling design, cutting power consumption by 30% vs traditional old furnaces:

 

  1. Standard model (10m line, 900℃, 200kg/h throughput): ~0.4–0.6 kWh per kg finished workpiece

  2. Large-size high-output line (18–30m, 1100℃, 500–800kg/h): ~0.35–0.55 kWh/kg

  3. Gas-type annealing line with waste heat recovery: 20–40% lower gas cost than ordinary equipment

 

We can calculate accurate power/gas consumption data according to your required hourly output and target temperature before quotation.

Q9. How many years service life of your industrial furnaces?

With standard daily maintenance, the integral furnace frame, sealed chamber and main conveying system reach 15–25 years service life. Consumable spare parts have separate service cycles:

 

  • Heating elements: 8,000–15,000 working hours (replaceable separately)

  • Mesh belt: 1–3 years based on operating temperature

  • Vacuum pumps, sealing rings, temperature sensors: 1–2 years regular replacement

 

We provide long-term spare parts supply at factory cost throughout the full service cycle.

Q10. Can the furnace be modified after long-term use?

Yes, we provide full furnace retrofitting & upgrade service for old equipment, as long as the main furnace shell structure remains intact. Common retrofitting projects:

 

  1. Upgrade old relay control system to full PLC+HMI intelligent automatic control

  2. Expand heating zones, adjust temperature range or add atmosphere protection system

  3. Replace outdated insulation layers to reduce energy consumption

  4. Modify mesh width, loading channel for new workpiece sizes

  5. Add cooling section, quenching tank or ammonia matching equipment
