Ensure both side panels are perpendicular to the ground without distortion to guarantee dimensional accuracy.
Make 45° bevel at welding joints, polish weld seams and chamfer sharp corners.
Full penetration welding is required for furnace liner and water jacket.
Adopt L-type butt welding if length is insufficient.
