The Continuous Mesh Belt Bright Annealing Furnace is a fully automatic, tunnel-type continuous heat treatment equipment designed for large-volume metal annealing production. Adopting sealed protective atmosphere system (ammonia decomposed gas, pure nitrogen or hydrogen mixed gas), the furnace realizes oxygen-isolated heating, soaking and cooling process. It effectively eliminates metal internal stress, refines grain structure, and delivers mirror-bright workpiece surface without oxidation, decarburization, blackening or scaling. Widely applied in continuous annealing and stress relief of stainless steel, copper alloy, carbon steel and precision hardware parts, it is the core equipment for standardized and automated metal heat treatment production lines.

Working Principle
The continuous mesh belt annealing furnace adopts tunnel-type integrated structure. Workpieces are evenly conveyed into the furnace by a high-temperature resistant mesh belt. Under the sealed oxygen-free environment filled with protective gas, workpieces are gradually preheated, heated and insulated to complete metal recrystallization and stress relief. After uniform and controllable water cooling in the sealed cooling zone, workpieces are discharged with mirror-bright surface, realizing continuous and standardized bright annealing processing.
