2. Primarily used for brazing metal parts and bright heat treatment of other parts. Brazing furnaces are widely used in industries such as air conditioning, refrigeration, automotive, and aerospace for brazing and bright annealing stainless steel, carbon steel, and copper.

3. The brazing furnace mainly consists of a preheating section, a heating and holding section, a cooling section, a mesh belt, a mesh belt drive mechanism, a gas system, a water cooling system, and a control system.

4. Furnace temperature control is achieved using a high-precision microprocessor temperature controller, with an accuracy of ±1℃. The mesh belt drive is controlled by a variable frequency speed control. To ensure safer and more reliable operation, the furnace is equipped with corresponding alarm devices.

5. Brazing Principle: Brazing involves heating the materials to be joined (also known as the base metal) to a suitable temperature and melting the filler material (also known as the brazing filler metal). Capillary action causes the liquid brazing filler metal to fill the gaps between the solid base metal. Through interaction between the base metal and the brazing filler metal, followed by cooling and solidification, a metallurgical bond is formed. Conditions for brazing joint formation: 1. Liquid brazing filler metal flows spontaneously into the gap between solid base materials. 2. It is held within the gap by capillary force. 3. After cooling, the brazing filler metal solidifies.

6. Customization is available based on customer products and required production capacity, including the design of the conveyor belt, heating zone, and equipment length.
