Single-Chamber Vacuum Tempering Furnace is an integrated single-chamber heat treatment equipment. All processes including heating, soaking and gas cooling are finished inside one sealed vacuum vessel without separate transfer or cooling chamber. Compact footprint & easy operation make it ideal batch production furnace for bright tempering, stress relieving and aging annealing after quenching.
Working under high vacuum or inert protective atmosphere, it completely avoids oxidation & decarburization of metal parts. Workpieces stay bright metallic surface without post polishing. Equipped with forced convection heating & high-pressure gas cooling system, it delivers uniform temperature field, eliminates internal quenching stress and prevents temper brittleness.
