Working Principle
After placing micro precision parts inside all-stainless clean hot zone, three-stage vacuum pump continuously extracts air inside chamber to ultra-high vacuum state, removing all oxygen and impurity gas. Precision PID multi-zone heating maintains stable uniform temperature under oxygen-free environment, avoiding oxidation, decarburization and surface spots on ultra-precision thin components.
