This energy-saving vacuum temper furnace solves high electricity cost and frequent component replacement pain points of traditional vacuum temper equipment. Furnace wall adopts 300mm multi-layer composite high-purity refractory fiber insulation structure, greatly cutting outward heat loss and heating power consumption.

 

Optimized low-wear vacuum valve group and long-life alloy heating elements extend service cycle of core spare parts, lower regular maintenance frequency and cost. Suitable for small & medium heat treatment factories with intermittent batch production, effectively reduce long-term operation expenditure on power and spare part replacement.

Working Principle

Multi-layer thick insulation locks radiant heat inside furnace cavity, minimizing heat dissipation loss during heating and holding stages to cut power consumption. Optimized low-wear vacuum and heating components reduce equipment aging speed, extend spare part replacement cycle. Simplified external maintenance structure shortens equipment downtime when routine inspection and part replacement are needed, lowering overall factory operating cost.
