Products Overview

Vacuum Oil Quenching Furnace is integrated precision heat treatment equipment combining vacuum heating and rapid oil cooling. The standard double-chamber horizontal design separates heating chamber and oil cooling tank.

 

Workpieces are heated & soaked under high vacuum or high-purity nitrogen atmosphere to isolate oxygen, eliminating oxidation and decarburization. After heat preservation, workpieces are rapidly transferred into quenching oil tank for forced cooling, refining metal microstructure to improve hardness, wear resistance and toughness significantly.

 

Compared with atmospheric furnaces: parts keep bright surface without oxide scale, no secondary sandblasting & pickling needed. Compared with pure gas quenching furnaces: faster cooling speed, compatible with thick-section & high-hardenability alloy steel. Widely adopted for precision molds, automotive fasteners and aerospace components.

Working Principle

1.Loading: Place workpieces on charging trolley, seal door, vacuum pump evacuate chamber to 10⁻¹~10⁻³Pa

2.Vacuum Heating: Graphite heating zone heats evenly, hold temperature per material process curve

3.Fast Transfer: Variable-speed trolley with slow-in & fast-quench mode, transfer finished within 45s

4.Oil Quench Cooling: High-flow stirring nozzles generate turbulent quenching oil for full-surface rapid cooling

5.Optional Gas Cooling: Built-in high-pressure nitrogen gas cooling system to reduce deformation for thin parts

6.Unloading: Release vacuum pressure and take out bright, decarburization-free finished parts
