No alarm message on control panel

Furnace door sealing is intact

Cooling system is operational

Protective gas pressure and flow are normal (if applicable)

Step 1 – Turn on main power
Step 2 – Activate control system
Step 3 – Set target temperature and heating curve
Step 4 – Start heating system
Step 5 – Monitor temperature rise condition

For atmosphere furnace:

Introduce protective gas first

Confirm oxygen level is within standard range

Then begin heating

Monitor the following parameters continuously:

Real-time temperature curve

Heating current stability

Gas pressure and flow rate

Cooling system status

Control system alarms

Maintain operation records for traceability.

Step 1 – Turn off heating system

Step 2 – Allow temperature to drop to safe range

Step 3 – Stop protective gas supply (if applicable)

Step 4 – Turn off main power

Do not exceed rated temperature

Do not overload the furnace

Regularly inspect thermocouples

Only trained personnel may operate

Do not modify electrical parameters without authorization
