Equipment Description

This equipment consists of a mesh belt feeding platform, a mesh belt drive system, the furnace body, a temperature-controlled heating system, an atmosphere protection and reduction system, a water cooling system, and a 310 muffle. It is primarily used for the annealing, reduction, and quenching of stainless steel products or powders.

2. Muffle Tube (Furnace Liner) Section

Constructed from imported Swedish SUS310S heat-resistant, oxidation-resistant stainless steel plate (8 mm thick). The upper section is pressed into an arched (segmental) shape for reinforcement to prevent the furnace liner from collapsing downward; the lower section is pressed into a trough shape to effectively resist thermal shock deformation. Length: approximately 4200 mm. The front section of the heating zone muffle is fixed, while the rear section is designed with flow-direction tension balancing to prevent deformation caused by stress and thermal expansion/contraction.

3. Front Elbow Section Length: 1500 mm. The inner liner is made of 304 material, and the outer end is sealed with cotton insulation and an iron plate.

4. Cooling Section

The water-cooling section consists of three segments and features a closed-loop water jacket structure. Muffle Material: The first section features a 310S inner liner, 1000 mm in length, made of 8 mm thick stainless steel; the second and third sections are each 3000 mm long, with 6 mm thick SUS304 inner liners. The outer jackets are all made of high-quality A3 steel, 5 mm thick plates. Each section has a separate water inlet at the rear left and an outlet at the front right, enabling segmented circulation. This ensures faster and more effective cooling of the final product.

5. Furnace Main Body:

The furnace main body is 4000 mm long and consists of 5 zones. The outer shell and support frame are made of steel plates and structural steel. The muffle is supported by high-temperature bricks as the refractory material for the resistance heating elements; high-temperature ceramic fiber wool is used for insulation, and the top cover is insulated with high-temperature ceramic fiber blocks. The entire structure is simple and easy to maintain, with excellent thermal insulation performance.

6. The electrical control cabinet is a vertical, standalone unit with an elegant and professional appearance.

It employs five Digital Electric smart instruments for automatic temperature control and heating.

During operation, it displays three-phase working current and voltage, and is equipped with control functions such as ground fault protection and over-temperature alarm with power cutoff.

The heating elements are automatically controlled by five power regulators, allowing for adjustable heating power and high temperature control accuracy.
