Stainless Steel Bright Annealing Furnace

Stainless Steel Bright Annealing Furnace (bright annealing furnace) is dedicated heat treatment equipment for stainless steel. It completes high-temperature solution annealing in sealed high-purity reducing atmosphere. Workpieces come out with mirror bright oxide-free surface, internal stress relief and material softening without pickling or polishing post-treatment.

Applicable for full stainless steel series (201, 304, 304L,316L, 410, 430),410 hardness up to HV800 after treatment. Working temperature: 1020℃–1080℃.

Applicable Workpieces: Stainless steel tubes, sheets, strips, bars, wires, fasteners, tableware, kitchen hardware, refrigeration accessories, medical components, electronic hardware & connectors, energy storage liquid cooling plates, new energy auto parts, aerospace precision hardware.

Fill the furnace with ammonia dissociated gas or high-purity hydrogen, and maintain slight positive pressure to isolate air. Workpieces are heated and soaked at solution temperature to fully dissolve carbides into austenite, then rapidly cooled to skip 550–850℃ carbide precipitation zone, ensuring excellent corrosion resistance and bright metallic surface.
