Continuous Belt Bright Annealing Furnace for Stainless Steel Parts & H₂ Atmosphere Brazing

This continuous belt-type bright furnace is a fully automatic continuous heat treatment equipment operating under controlled protective atmosphere. It is professionally developed for high-volume and consistent thermal processing of various metal tubular products and precision hardware parts.

The furnace is widely applicable for bright annealing and solution treatment of stainless steel tubes, stainless steel bellows, copper tubes, steel tubes and all kinds of pipe fittings. It also suits mass production heat treatment for stainless steel deep-drawn parts, tableware, cutlery, tools, miniature shafts, stainless steel screws and rivets.

In addition to stainless steel processing, this multi-functional furnace supports continuous brazing production for silver, copper, aluminum and ordinary steel components. All workpieces processed by this equipment achieve a flawless mirror-bright metallic surface with no oxidation, no scale formation and no decarburization.

The complete production line consists of a heating furnace body, water cooling system, stainless steel muffle retort, front and rear conveying platforms, electric control system and ammonia decomposition atmosphere generator.

Sealed high-temperature stainless steel muffle retorts are installed inside both the heating zone and cooling zone. A durable stainless steel conveyor belt runs through the entire muffle chamber to carry workpieces steadily during continuous operation.

The front feeding table and rear discharging table are equipped with driving rollers, driven rollers and S-type roller groups. The speed-reducing motor drives the roller set through chain transmission, enabling uniform and continuous belt movement.

Workpieces are transported smoothly through heating and cooling sections without collision or stacking. The fully sealed muffle structure isolates external air completely. With stable protective atmosphere filled inside the chamber, workpieces are prevented from oxidation and decarburization, achieving precise and uniform bright annealing and solution treatment results with minimal deformation.
