Different from general multi-purpose annealing furnaces, this model optimizes sealed muffle structure, temperature curve and atmosphere supply system to match stainless steel’s unique chromium anti-rust layer property, solving the common industry pain point of yellow/blue discoloration after stainless steel heat treatment.

 

Equipped with a 310S high-temperature stainless steel mesh belt conveying system, it completes full-process degreasing, heating, constant-temperature recrystallization and sealed slow cooling in one continuous flow. Working Principle

The entire furnace runs under slight positive inert nitrogen pressure to isolate external air thoroughly, divided into four independent functional sections:

1. Degreasing & Preheating Zone

Low-temperature preheating removes stamping oil, cutting fluid and surface dust on stainless steel parts. Prevent high-temperature oil carbonization from forming black spots on stainless surface. Built-in waste gas incinerator fully processes oil fume to meet global environmental emission standards.

 

2. Sealed Muffle Indirect Heating Zone

Heat radiates evenly through the outer wall of the high-temperature alloy muffle chamber. Heating resistance wires are fully separated from stainless steel workpieces and protective gas, eliminating contamination of falling oxide dust. Multi-zone independent PID temperature control keeps internal temperature fluctuation within ±3℃ for uniform stainless grain refinement.

 

3. Constant Temperature Annealing Soaking Zone
