Stainless Steel Brazing Furnace
Stainless steel brazing furnace is professional heat treatment equipment for precision metal joining of stainless steel, copper and carbon steel, divided into continuous mesh belt atmosphere brazing furnace and vacuum brazing furnace.
Workpieces are heated under sealed high-purity nitrogen-hydrogen protective atmosphere or high vacuum environment. Silver/copper brazing filler melts and fills assembly gaps via capillary action, forming dense, high-strength metallurgical joints after cooling. Oxygen is fully isolated during the whole process, delivering oxide-free mirror-bright surfaces without post pickling or polishing. Our continuous model supports 24-hour uninterrupted automatic mass production with dual functions: brazing dissimilar metals with filler metal; bright solution annealing for stainless steel without brazing filler, perfectly matching mass production lines of new energy, automotive and refrigeration industries.
Working Principle
1.Degreasing & Preheating Zone: Mesh belt conveys workpieces for low-temperature oil removal, preventing thermal deformation under high heat
2.High-Temp Brazing Zone: Multi-zone independent PID temperature control with ±2℃ uniformity, heating filler metal to melting point for full gap filling
3.Sealed Slow Cooling Zone: Continuous shielding gas prevents re-oxidation, workpieces cool evenly with mirror bright finish
4.Automatic Discharge: Fully continuous production line connects directly to downstream assembly procedures
Equipment Features
Our brazing furnace is innovatively developed by our R&D engineers on the basis of years of design and manufacturing experience. We draw on abundant proven practical experience and the exclusive advanced process technologies of domestic peers to complete independent upgrading and optimization.
This brazing furnace is mainly composed of preheating zone, heating & soaking zone, cooling zone, mesh belt, mesh belt transmission mechanism, gas circuit system, water cooling system and control system. High-precision microprocessor temperature controllers are used for furnace temperature regulation, with a temperature control accuracy up to ±1℃. The conveying speed of the mesh belt is regulated through variable frequency speed control. A complete set of matching alarm devices is installed to ensure safer and more reliable operation of the brazing furnace.
1.Long Service Life
The heating muffle is fabricated from Swedish imported SUS310S heat-resistant stainless steel plate. The split-type hinged structure greatly extends its service life.
2.Low Energy Consumption
The furnace lining adopts high-performance thermal insulation refractory materials to ensure even internal temperature and low heat loss. The furnace adopts a bridge structure composed of preheating zone, heating zone and cooling zone.
3.High Operational Reliability
The unit is equipped with complete alarm systems, anti-backfire and explosion-proof devices mounted on the furnace, ensuring safer and more stable operation.

The one-time qualified rate of finished workpieces reaches 99.5%.
