Workpiece & Process Requirements
The suitability of each workpiece depends on its aluminum alloy grade, dimensions, weight, loading arrangement and required heat treatment specification.
Customers are encouraged to provide workpiece drawings, material grades, loading quantities and process requirements so that Rexin can evaluate the appropriate furnace and quenching system configuration.
Furnace Structure & Vertical Lifting System
The aluminum alloy solution heat treatment furnace features an elevated heating chamber supported by a steel structure, with a vertical lifting mechanism for workpiece loading and transfer.
The furnace system consists of the following main sections:
Elevated Heating Chamber: Provides the enclosed heating space for aluminum alloy solution treatment.
Steel Supporting Frame: Supports the furnace body and provides clearance for the lifting and quenching arrangement.
Vertical Lifting Mechanism: Raises and lowers the workpiece loading assembly as part of the heating and quenching process.
Furnace Chamber Interior: Features metal lining and perforated internal panels associated with the hot air circulation arrangement.
Quenching System Interface: Connects the furnace loading and lifting arrangement with the matching water quenching system.
The structural layout and loading arrangement can be designed according to workpiece dimensions, handling requirements and available installation space.

Heating System & Forced Hot Air Circulation
The aluminum alloy solution heat treatment furnace uses electric resistance heating combined with a forced hot air circulation system to heat workpieces inside the furnace chamber.
Electric Heating System
Electric heating elements provide the heat required for the solution treatment process. Heating settings are selected according to the aluminum alloy grade, workpiece dimensions and specified heat treatment requirements.
Forced Hot Air Circulation
The circulation system moves heated air through the furnace chamber. Internal perforated panels form part of the airflow arrangement, helping distribute heated air around the workpiece loading area.
Temperature Control
The furnace is equipped with a PLC-based control system for managing the heating process. Operating parameters are configured according to the required treatment cycle and equipment design.
The heating and circulation arrangement can be customized to suit different furnace chamber dimensions, loading configurations and production requirements.
Integrated Water Quenching & Transfer System
The aluminum alloy solution heat treatment furnace is designed to operate with a matching water quenching system for the solution treatment of aluminum alloy components.
Water Quenching Tank
The quenching tank is positioned beneath the elevated furnace structure to accommodate the workpiece loading assembly during the quenching stage.
Vertical Transfer Mechanism
The lifting mechanism moves the workpiece loading assembly between the heating chamber and the quenching position. The furnace structure and transfer arrangement are designed together to support the required heat treatment sequence.
Integrated System Design
The heating furnace, lifting structure and water quenching tank are configured as a coordinated system. Tank dimensions, workpiece loading arrangements and related equipment can be designed according to the customer's production requirements.
The required quenching medium conditions, transfer time and operating sequence should be confirmed based on the aluminum alloy grade and applicable heat treatment specifications.
