Equipment Description & Operating Principle

Powder Metallurgy Sintering Furnace Equipment Description

This heat treatment production line is manufactured and inspected in accordance with fully imported technology and standards, with key components sourced from imported products. The production line consists of a heating furnace, water-cooling system, drive system, electrical control system, and an ammonia decomposition furnace. 

Operating Principle 


The mesh belt powder metallurgy sintering furnace includes a heating furnace, water-cooling system, stainless steel muffle chambers, front and rear drive tables, and electrical controls. Stainless steel muffle chambers are installed in both the heating furnace and the cooling chamber; inside the muffle chambers are stainless steel mesh belts that transport the workpieces in and out. Drive tables are positioned at the front of the heating furnace and the rear of the cooling chamber; The lower part of the tables is equipped with drive and driven sprockets as well as S-shaped roller assemblies. A reducer drives the drive sprocket via a chain transmission, causing it to rotate continuously. This motion propels the stainless steel mesh belt and the workpieces on it forward continuously. As a result, the workpieces are heated uniformly, suffer no impact damage, and experience minimal deformation. Additionally, the protective gas inside the muffle tubes isolates the workpieces from the external air, preventing oxidation. 
This equipment is a continuous sintering production line. It is primarily used for the ideal continuous sintering process of iron-based, copper-based, and other related powder metallurgy products formed by pressing, under a protective atmosphere. Workpieces undergo oxidation-free heating and cooling at high temperatures to achieve a bright finish. The mesh belt sintering furnace is suitable for bright annealing of powder metallurgy copper alloy parts and magnetic materials, as well as bright finishing of stainless steel products (such as stainless steel tableware, cutlery, and precision components).
