The continuous roller mesh belt sintering furnace is a fully automatic atmosphere-protected continuous furnace, specially designed for powder metallurgy parts. Adopting internal support roller structure, the high-temperature resistant mesh belt runs steadily with higher load capacity and longer service life. It integrates dewaxing, sintering and cooling in one continuous production line. This furnace is suitable for iron-based and copper-based powder metallurgy components with features of energy saving, stable temperature and zero oxidation.

1.Continuous Roller Mesh Belt Powder Metallurgy Sintering Furnace is a tunnel-type continuous heat treatment equipment for mass production of powder metallurgy products.

2.Different from ordinary mesh belt furnaces, this furnace is equipped with integral supporting rollers inside the furnace chamber. The refractory mesh belt is fully supported by rollers to avoid sagging, deformation and deviation during long-term operation. It greatly improves loading capacity and extends the service life of the mesh belt.

3.The whole production line consists of preheating & dewaxing zone, high-temperature sintering zone and gradient cooling zone. Under sealed protective atmosphere such as nitrogen and ammonia decomposed gas, the equipment completes degreasing, high-temperature sintering and slow cooling automatically in one continuous process.

4.With multi-zone independent PID temperature control system, the temperature accuracy reaches ±1℃ to ensure uniform heating and consistent product quality. This furnace can work 24 hours continuously, widely used for iron-based & copper-based oil bearings, gears, structural parts and metal sintered components.

4. High Automation: Features stepless speed control and intelligent temperature regulation; can be seamlessly integrated with upstream and downstream processes to minimize manual intervention.
5. Strong Adaptability: Offers adjustable mesh belt speeds and temperature profiles, making it suitable for processing a wide range of powder materials, including iron-based, copper-based, and stainless steel alloys.
