Product Overview

Mesh Belt Salt Bath Tank (Continuous Isothermal Quenching Tank Liner). Mesh belt salt bath tank is the core anti-corrosion chamber component for continuous mesh belt isothermal quenching production lines. The tank holds molten nitrate salt quenching medium inside. Heat-resistant alloy mesh belt transports workpieces steadily through high-temperature molten salt liquid to complete bainite austempering & martensite martempering processes. Double-layer water-cooled structure isolates high temperature to protect furnace steel frame. Our tank features excellent molten salt corrosion resistance & zero leakage performance, ideal for mass continuous heat treatment of fasteners, springs, bearings, cutting tools and small hardware parts.

Material Introduction

SUS310S / 0Cr25Ni20 (Standard Grade):Max continuous working temp ≤650℃, outstanding resistance to molten nitrate corrosion & oxidation. Cost-effective for regular isothermal quenching production lines.

 

HK-40 / Inconel 601 Nickel Base Alloy (Heavy-Duty Grade):Long-term working temp up to 700℃, superior intergranular corrosion resistance against molten salt. Resist perforation & leakage under 24/7 continuous heavy-load operation, perfect for high-output automotive fastener heat treatment lines.

 

SUS316L Stainless Steel (Low-Temp Washing Tank):For low-temperature salt tank & cleaning tank below 400℃, good acid & alkali salt mist resistance, lower investment cost.

1. Double-Layer Hollow Water Cooling Interlayer Design:Circulating cooling water flows between inner & outer tank walls to control outer surface temperature under 60℃, prevent furnace frame thermal deformation and stabilize molten salt temperature for consistent quenching hardness.
