What is Roller Type Mesh Belt Furnace?

 

Roller type mesh belt furnace is a fully automatic continuous heat treatment production line equipped with built-in high-temperature refractory rollers to support the alloy conveyor mesh belt inside the furnace chamber. Different from ordinary muffle mesh belt furnaces without rollers, the supporting rollers convert sliding friction between mesh belt and furnace bottom into rolling friction, effectively solving mesh belt sagging under heavy load & wide furnace width, greatly extending mesh belt service life, stable conveying and low operating cost.

 

The complete production line integrates automatic feeding, preheating, atmosphere heating, quenching tank, cleaning machine, tempering furnace and PLC central control system. It supports continuous mass production of small & medium metal parts for carburizing, carbonitriding, bright quenching, tempering, brazing and sintering under controlled protective atmosphere (nitrogen, methanol cracking gas).

 

Our roller mesh belt furnace adopts heavy-duty internal roller support structure, custom electric/gas heating modes, full closed protective atmosphere system and intelligent PLC automatic control. The whole line realizes unmanned continuous heat treatment for high-volume metal workpieces, widely applied in automotive fasteners, bearings, chains, hardware tools, bike spare parts and powder metallurgy industry.


Traditional non-roller mesh belts easily sag under heavy load, causing uneven heating, mesh belt abrasion and frequent replacement. Our built-in refractory roller array evenly bears mesh belt & workpiece weight, minimizing tension and friction loss, ideal for wide furnace (400–1200mm mesh width) and heavy-load mass production.
