This customizable radiant heating rod is designed for non-standard heat treatment furnaces and personalized production line layout demands. It can adopt ceramic or alloy wire heating core based on your actual working temperature demand, compatible with all mainstream continuous heat treatment equipment including mesh belt brazing furnaces, aluminum alloy annealing lines, aging ovens and modified old furnaces. It solves the matching problem of standard heating rods that cannot adapt to special-size non-standard furnace chambers.

According to the customized power and size parameters, the heating rod generates targeted radiant heat to match the internal space of the non-standard furnace cavity. Customized mounting flange and length realize seamless installation inside special-size furnaces.
