Product Overview

Radiant Heating Rod, also named ceramic radiant heating tube, is the core electric heating element for continuous heat treatment furnaces. It is assembled with high-temperature ceramic insulators, Ni-Cr / Fe-Cr-Al heating wire, thermal insulation section and wiring base. Heating wires are evenly arranged through multi-layer ceramic plates to radiate heat uniformly after electrification. It matches Quenching Furnace, Mesh Belt Tempering furnaces and can directly replace original furnace heating parts.

Main Structure

  1. High temp ceramic insulator discs: separate heating wires, insulation & anti-short circuit, withstand 1200℃

  2. Alloy heating wire: 0Cr25Al5 / Cr20Ni80 optional, anti-oxidation & long service life

  3. Thermal insulation section: wrapped by aluminum silicate fiber, cool down wiring end to protect terminals

  4. Mount base: flange / double lug fixing bracket, easy disassembly

  5. Conductive electrode: thick screw rod, stable conduction, anti-burning
