Product Overview

Pre-vacuum Nitrogen-protected Box-type Tempering Furnace is a sealed atmosphere heat treatment equipment designed for precision tempering of metal parts. It eliminates oxygen in the chamber through pre-vacuum pumping and high-purity nitrogen filling, achieving oxidation-free, decarburization-free tempering. It is widely used for high-precision molds, automotive parts, and aerospace components requiring minimal deformation and bright metallic finish.

 

Working Principle

1.Pre-vacuum Air Displacement: The furnace is first pumped to low vacuum (≤100 Pa) to remove air, then backfilled with high-purity nitrogen (≥99.999%) and cycled 2-3 times to reduce residual oxygen to ≤5-10 ppm.

2.Nitrogen-protected Heating & Tempering: The parts are heated under slight positive nitrogen pressure with forced hot air circulation, ensuring uniform temperature and preventing oxidation/decarburization.

3.Controlled Cooling: The workpieces cool slowly under nitrogen protection to maintain dimensional stability and mechanical properties.

1.Sealed Furnace Body: Double-layer steel structure with full-fiber insulation for energy efficiency and low shell temperature (≤60℃).

2.Vacuum System: High-efficiency rotary vane vacuum pump, achieving ultimate vacuum ≤5×10⁻² Pa.

3.Nitrogen Supply System: Precision pressure regulators and mass flow controllers for stable, low-consumption nitrogen delivery.

4.Heating & Circulation: High-temperature resistance heaters + hot air fan, temperature uniformity ≤±3℃.

5.PLC Intelligent Control: Multi-stage programmable heating/cooling curves, over-temperature/pressure/leakage interlock alarms, and data traceability.
