Stainless Steel Bright Annealing Furnace (bright annealing furnace) is dedicated heat treatment equipment for stainless steel. It completes high-temperature solution annealing in sealed high-purity reducing atmosphere. Workpieces come out with mirror bright oxide-free surface, internal stress relief and material softening without pickling or polishing post-treatment.

Applicable for full stainless steel series (201, 304, 304L, 316L, 410, 420J1,430), 410 hardness up to HV800 after treatment. Working temperature: 1020℃–1080℃.

Muffle-Free Roller Hearth Mesh Belt Carbonitriding Furnace

It is a fully automatic continuous heat treatment equipment specially designed for thin-layer hardening of small steel parts. Adopting muffle-free radiant tube direct heating and roller load-bearing conveying, it realizes low-temperature carbonitriding with ultra-low deformation, high hardness and bright surface, suitable for 24-hour mass automatic production.
