The furnace adopts segmented independent PID intelligent closed-loop temperature regulation, maintaining internal temperature uniformity within ±2℃. Accurate and stable thermal distribution effectively eliminates residual internal stress generated during heating and cooling processes, stabilizes material toughness, hardness and structural uniformity, and ensures zero quality deviation in large-batch continuous production.
Constructed with thickened SUS310S high-temperature resistant mesh-belt and reinforced heat-insulating furnace body structure, the equipment supports long-term stable unattended operation. The continuous bright annealing furnace adopts a modular segmented integrated structural design. The entire annealing process is completed in a fully sealed low-oxygen shielding atmosphere environment to avoid external air interference. Workpieces are stably and continuously conveyed by the high-temperature resistant mesh-belt through three core functional zones to complete standardized, high-precision thermal treatment.
In the preheating zone, uniform low-temperature heating removes surface oil stains, dust and residual lubricants, effectively preventing local thermal deformation and cracking caused by rapid temperature rise. The high-temperature constant-temperature annealing zone adopts multi-zone balanced heating to complete material recrystallization and thorough residual stress relief under stable low-oxygen shielding atmosphere, optimizing the internal metallographic structure and mechanical properties of stainless steel materials. The sealed gradient slow cooling zone adopts circulating shielding gas cooling to avoid secondary oxidation and thermal stress concentration, ensuring consistent bright surface finish and high-precision dimensional stability of finished components.
