1. Pre-Operation Safety Inspection

Check the power circuit, wiring terminals and control system to ensure no aging, short circuit and loose connection; inspect furnace body, furnace door and sealing structure for damage and air leakage; verify the normal operation of temperature sensors, heating elements and cooling systems; check protective gas pipelines, valves and pressure gauges for leakage and failure; confirm no flammable, explosive and corrosive sundries in the furnace chamber. 2. Standard Startup and Heating Operation Specifications

5. Abnormal Fault Handling Safety Specifications
Once abnormal conditions such as over-temperature alarm, circuit failure, gas leakage and abnormal furnace body vibration occur during operation, immediately cut off the power supply and gas source, stop equipment operation, and report to technical personnel for maintenance. Prohibit blind disassembly and maintenance by untrained workers. Do not continue to operate the equipment with faults to avoid accident expansion. After fault elimination, test run the equipment first, and formal production can be carried out after normal operation.
6. Shutdown and Daily Safety Management
After daily production, complete workpiece discharging and furnace chamber cleaning, remove residual oxide scale and sundries in the furnace. Close the furnace door tightly, cut off the equipment power supply and gas source, and do a good job of equipment heat preservation and moisture-proof protection. Arrange special personnel for daily safety inspection and record equipment operation status regularly. Conduct regular safety training for workers to improve safety operation awareness and accident response capacity.
