Share:Scientific and standardized installation and commissioning is the premise of long-term stable operation of industrial furnaces. Unstandardized installation and incomplete commissioning will lead to uneven furnace temperature, frequent equipment faults, unqualified heat treatment quality and shortened equipment service life. This article sorts out the complete standard installation and commissioning process for new industrial furnaces, suitable for various batch and continuous heat treatment furnace equipment.
1. Pre-Installation Preparation Work
Before installation, complete workshop site preparation and technical confirmation. Ensure the installation site has flat ground, sufficient bearing capacity, good ventilation and heat dissipation conditions; confirm power supply voltage, load power and gas supply conditions meet equipment technical requirements; prepare professional installation tools, measuring instruments and high-temperature auxiliary materials; check the complete set of equipment accessories, spare parts and technical documents to avoid missing parts; formulate detailed installation and commissioning plan according to furnace type and structural characteristics.
2. Equipment Positioning and Fixed Installation
Place the industrial furnace in the designated installation position, adjust the horizontal level of the equipment to ensure no inclination and stable placement; fix the equipment with foundation bolts according to the installation drawing to avoid vibration and displacement during operation; install auxiliary equipment such as feeding and discharging devices, conveyor systems and cooling systems in place; lay power lines, control lines and gas pipelines in a standardized manner, classify and fix the lines to avoid winding and aging; complete the installation of insulation structure and sealing components to ensure complete furnace structure.
3. Circuit and Control System Commissioning
After mechanical installation, carry out no-load circuit commissioning first. Check the correctness of circuit wiring to eliminate wrong connection and missing connection faults; power on the control system separately, test the normal operation of temperature controller, PLC system, alarm system and timing device; verify the sensitivity and accuracy of thermocouple temperature sensing and signal transmission; test the start-stop and linkage functions of each functional module to ensure the normal response of electrical control system.
4. No-Load Heating Debugging and Temperature Calibration
Carry out no-load furnace heating commissioning without workpieces. Adopt segmented low-temperature preheating first, gradually increase the furnace temperature to the rated maximum temperature, and keep warm for a certain time; observe the temperature rise stability, furnace body sealing and equipment operation state during heating; calibrate the temperature uniformity of each temperature zone with professional temperature measuring instruments to ensure the temperature error is within the standard ±3°C~±5°C; adjust heating power parameters and PID control coefficients to optimize the furnace temperature field uniformity.
5. Atmosphere and Cooling System Commissioning
For atmosphere-protected furnaces, debug the gas supply system, test pipeline tightness, gas flow stability and pressure regulation accuracy; complete oxygen exhaust and atmosphere replacement to ensure the furnace internal atmosphere meets heat treatment requirements. Commission the cooling system, test the operation stability of air cooling, water cooling and rapid cooling devices, adjust cooling speed and air volume parameters to meet process cooling standards; check the ventilation and heat dissipation system to ensure no overheating of equipment components.
6. Load Test Production and Parameter Solidification
After no-load commissioning is qualified, carry out simulated load test production with standard workpieces. Complete the whole process of feeding, heating, heat preservation, cooling and discharging according to conventional production parameters; detect the hardness, dimensional accuracy and surface quality of finished workpieces to verify heat treatment effect; adjust process parameters according to test results to optimize product quality; solidify multiple sets of standard process curves for different materials to complete formal equipment parameter debugging.
7. Acceptance and Handover
After the completion of installation and commissioning, conduct comprehensive equipment performance acceptance, including temperature accuracy, operation stability, energy consumption index and product qualification rate; sort out installation and commissioning records, parameter documents and operation manuals; complete staff operation training and formal equipment handover, ensuring the equipment meets formal production standards.
Strict implementation of standard installation and commissioning processes can maximize the performance of industrial furnaces, avoid subsequent quality and fault problems, and lay a solid foundation for long-term stable production.
