  Continuous Gas-Protected Bright Heat Treatment Furnace: Primarily used for the continuous production of bright quenching of various martensitic stainless steels, bright annealing (solution treatment) of austenitic stainless steels, as well as the continuous bright production of various metals such as silver, copper, and aluminum. Products treated with this equipment exhibit a bright surface free of oxidation. The furnace features an innovative design and rational structure, offering energy efficiency and high thermal efficiency, stable production quality, and safe and convenient operation. Operation is simple and produces no industrial pollution. The temperature control system is advanced, utilizing intelligent temperature controllers, intelligent power controllers, and electrical switches. Temperature control accuracy is ±1°C. Among industrial furnaces, this model offers reliability, practicality, and cost-effectiveness. The unit primarily consists of a drive system, heating system, cooling system, control system, and an ammonia decomposition gas supply system. The muffle furnace is constructed from imported high-temperature-resistant nickel alloy using pressure welding; The removable electric heating elements provide heating from both the top and bottom; steel belt or mesh belt conveyors feature variable-frequency speed control; the gas mixture (75% hydrogen, 25% oxygen) obtained from liquid decomposition enters the furnace chamber to provide gas protection; a gas flow direction adjustment device ensures stable gas distribution. After processing in this furnace, the product surface becomes bright and free from oxidation. All processed products will achieve excellent consistency.
