Most new continuous high-temperature brazing furnaces are equipped with industrial internet-based remote monitoring systems and AI temperature field optimization algorithms, realizing real-time adjustment of process parameters. In energy conservation, the integration efficiency of waste heat recovery systems has exceeded 82%, and the promotion of nitrogen-hydrogen mixed protective atmosphere has further reduced carbon emissions, aligning with the global "dual carbon" strategy.
