What is Muffle Mesh Belt Furnace?
Continuous Sealed Muffle Mesh Belt Furnace is a high-end indirect heating continuous atmosphere heat treatment equipment specially designed for precision metal mass production. Different from traditional non-muffle mesh belt furnaces, it adopts a fully sealed independent muffle chamber that completely isolates heating elements from workpieces and protective gas, eliminating direct heating pollution and oxidation risks.
Equipped with a continuous stainless steel mesh belt conveying system, the furnace completes the whole heat treatment process including degreasing, sintering, stress relief annealing, bright hardening and brazing inside a stable oxygen-free muffle cavity. It effectively avoids heating wire dust contamination, surface yellowing and decarburization, delivering ultra-clean, bright and high-consistency finished parts. With excellent airtight performance, ultra-low gas consumption, stable temperature field and long service life, this furnace is widely applied in powder metallurgy, precision hardware, automotive and electronic component manufacturing.
Working Principle
The muffle mesh belt furnace adopts a mature integrated working logic of indirect radiant heating + sealed atmosphere protection + continuous mesh belt conveying. The whole furnace is divided into four professional processing zones:
1.Feeding & Preheating Zone: Workpieces are transported into the furnace uniformly by mesh belt. Low-temperature preheating removes surface oil, moisture and processing impurities to prevent thermal cracking and surface defects during high-temperature treatment.
2.Sealed Muffle Heating Zone: Heat is evenly radiated into the chamber through the outer wall of the muffle. Heating elements never contact workpieces or protective gas directly. The interior maintains slight positive pressure with nitrogen or mixed gas to completely block oxygen infiltration.
3.Constant Temperature Soaking Zone: Multi-zone independent PID temperature control ensures an ultra-uniform temperature field. Workpieces complete grain recrystallization, internal stress relief and dense sintering to achieve stable mechanical and magnetic performance.
4.Atmosphere Slow Cooling & Discharging Zone: Parts cool down gradually under oxygen-free sealed atmosphere. Final workpieces come out with bright silver surface, zero oxidation, zero yellowing and zero decarburization, requiring no secondary polishing treatment.

Integrated Sealed Muffle Chamber: The core iconic structure made of high-temperature and corrosion-resistant materials. It isolates heat sources from workpieces, stabilizes internal atmosphere and greatly reduces protective gas consumption.
310S Stainless Steel Mesh Belt Conveying System: Equipped with VFD speed regulation, stable operation and no relative friction between workpieces, effectively reducing deformation of tiny precision parts.
Multi-Zone Independent PID Temperature Control System: Precise zoned heating control with tiny temperature difference, ensuring high consistency of batch processing quality.
Adjustable Protective Atmosphere System: Compatible with pure nitrogen, nitrogen-hydrogen mixed gas and ammonia decomposition atmosphere. Slight positive pressure design prevents external oxygen from entering the furnace.
