Product Overview

This stainless steel sintering mesh basket is specially developed for tiny, miniature powder metallurgy components that are easy to slide and scatter during high-temperature sintering. Different from flat mesh trays, it adopts surrounding high frame structure to lock all small workpieces inside without falling off during furnace feeding, discharging and heating circulation.

 

Made of high-temperature resistant 310S stainless steel wire, the mesh basket can withstand long-term working temperature up to 1100℃ inside vacuum or atmosphere sintering furnaces. Integrated lifting lugs are reserved on both sides for convenient crane loading and unloading, greatly improving the operation efficiency of small-batch intermittent sintering production lines. It is widely matched with box vacuum sintering furnaces, small pit furnaces and laboratory heat treatment equipment.

Working Principle

Put miniature metal blanks into the mesh basket, lift the whole basket into vacuum sintering furnace via lifting lugs. The hollow mesh wall allows full circulation of hot gas inside the furnace cavity, achieving uniform heating of all small workpieces. The high surrounding frame limits workpiece displacement, avoiding material loss caused by rolling during furnace operation. After sintering is completed, the whole basket can be lifted out directly for rapid material turnover.
