Powder Metallurgy Sintering Mesh Tray
Powder Metallurgy Sintering Mesh Tray, also called sinter mesh basket or heat treatment loading tray, is high-temperature resistant tooling matched for PM sintering process. It is integrally formed with woven 310S / 309S heat-resistant stainless steel mesh with reinforced wrapped edge welding.
It is placed inside vacuum sintering furnaces, mesh belt furnaces and box furnaces to carry powder compacts, cemented carbide, automotive PM gears and metal green parts during high-temperature sintering.
The hollow mesh structure enables full penetration of heat and protective atmosphere to guarantee even sintering quality. Special heat-resistant steel avoids softening, warping and oxidation scaling at 1100–1350°C, supporting repeated cyclic use, essential consumable for mass powder metallurgy production lines.
