This anti-oxidation sinter mesh tray is tailor-made for mass automotive powder metallurgy production lines, solving the problems of surface oxidation, rust spot contamination and easy deformation of ordinary trays under long-time continuous high-temperature carburizing sintering environment.
The tray surface adopts special high-temperature passivation anti-oxidation treatment, plus internal thickened reinforcing rib design, which can run stably on 24-hour uninterrupted mesh belt sintering furnaces. It is specially used for carrying automotive core PM components such as transmission gears, synchronizer hubs, engine valve seats and chassis structural parts, meeting the high standard appearance requirement of auto finished products without oxidation stains.
Working Principle
Stack automotive powder metallurgy blanks neatly on the flat anti-oxidation mesh tray, the tray travels forward with the mesh belt through heating, heat preservation and cooling zones continuously. The anti-oxidation layer isolates the chemical reaction between the tray metal and protective atmosphere, preventing rust spots on auto parts surface. The bottom reinforcing ribs disperse heavy load pressure to keep the tray flat without bending in long-term continuous operation.
