Product Overview

This upgraded SUS314 high silicon alloy mesh belt is specially developed for long-term uninterrupted carburizing and quenching production lines with severe oxidation environment. Compared with SUS310S, SUS314 contains higher silicon element, forming dense anti-oxidation protective film under high temperature, effectively slowing mesh scaling and embrittlement.

 

It bears repeated hot-cold quenching cycles and continuous carburizing atmosphere erosion at the same time, suitable for large-scale auto parts 24-hour mass quenching production, greatly reducing frequent mesh belt replacement downtime for factories.

Working Principle

High silicon SUS314 alloy generates compact anti-oxidation silica film under high temperature operation, isolating furnace atmosphere corrosion and slowing wire oxidation scaling. The alloy matrix maintains stable mechanical strength under repeated thermal shock of quenching process, realizing long-term continuous operation without frequent replacement.
