Product Overview

Balanced weave mesh belt is a widely used universal conveyor accessory for medium-temperature continuous heat treatment furnaces. Different from herringbone belts with staggered wire structure, balanced weave adopts parallel cross-wire layout, forming ultra-flat bearing surface with uniform tensile force on the whole belt.

 

It runs smoothly with low friction and low noise, not easy to deviate during long-distance furnace transmission. Mainly matched with mesh belt tempering furnaces, aluminum alloy annealing lines and general hardware continuous heat treatment equipment, suitable for medium-sized flat metal parts without anti-leakage demand.

Working Principle

Balanced cross wire structure provides flat, stable bearing platform for metal workpieces. Driven by front and rear rollers, the mesh belt circulates steadily without sideways deviation. Uniform mesh gaps allow hot air and protective atmosphere to flow freely up and down, realizing consistent heating of all conveyed parts.

A: Balanced weave has flat surface, stable conveying for flat medium-size parts; herringbone has higher bearing capacity for heavy irregular blanks.

A: It fits medium-temperature annealing/tempering below 980℃; choose Cr20Ni80 material for high-temp sintering over 1000℃.
