This anti-leakage herringbone mesh belt is upgraded based on standard 310S herringbone belt, targeting the common defect of fine powder leakage in micro powder metallurgy sintering lines. It adopts ultra-dense small-aperture weaving structure and integrated side retaining baffles to block tiny blanks and metal powder from falling through mesh gaps.
Made of standard SUS310S high-temperature stainless steel wire, it supports long-term working temperature up to 1080℃, stable operation under nitrogen/hydrogen protective atmosphere. Working Principle
Dense mesh structure forms a complete flat bearing surface to carry fine powder blanks. Side baffles limit lateral displacement of small workpieces. The mesh belt circulates continuously inside the sintering furnace, evenly transporting tiny parts through heating, holding and cooling zones while fully avoiding powder leakage and part falling loss.
