Product Overview
Different from conventional SUS310S mesh belts limited below 1080℃, this mesh belt adopts Cr20Ni80 high nickel-chromium alloy wire as raw material, with ultra-high temperature resistance and superior anti-carburizing performance. It can continuously work stably at 1100℃–1150℃, perfectly matching high-temperature powder metallurgy sintering, stainless steel high-hardness hardening and high-temperature carburizing furnaces.
High nickel alloy material effectively prevents carbon penetration embrittlement, solves the short service life problem of ordinary 310S mesh belts under ultra-high temperature carburizing atmosphere.
Working Principle
High nickel-chromium alloy wire maintains stable mechanical strength under ultra-high temperature environment, resist oxidation and carbon infiltration erosion from furnace protective atmosphere. The mesh belt continuously transports high-temperature sintering blanks without brittle fracture, ensuring long-term stable operation of high-temperature sintering lines.
