Heavy-Duty Heat-Treatment Furnace Stainless Steel Balanced Weave Conveyor Belt

Balanced weave belt is the most popular metal conveyor belt for continuous furnaces & food production lines worldwide. It is woven with alternating left & right hand spiral coils fixed by crimped cross rods. This balanced symmetrical structure effectively solves common problems of ordinary mesh belts: wandering, elongation & permanent deformation.

Available in SUS304, SUS316, SUS310S, FeCrAl and carbon steel, the belt works stably under continuous high temperature from 800℃ to 1200℃. Two drive systems are optional: friction drive and chain positive drive. Custom options include side guards, cross flights, double balanced dense mesh for tiny workpieces, perfectly matching mesh hardening furnaces, tempering furnaces, brazing ovens and baking tunnels.
