This heavy-duty balanced weave mesh belt upgrades wire diameter and joint welding structure on the basis of standard balanced mesh belt, solving the problem of bending, sagging and fracture caused by long-term heavy load stacking. Thick SUS310S alloy wire greatly improves tensile strength and bearing limit, can carry multi-layer stacked heavy auto PM gears, large structural hardware and thick mold blanks.

 

It is widely installed on large-load continuous mesh belt sintering furnaces and carburizing production lines for auto parts factories with large single-batch output.

Working Principle

Thick alloy wire and reinforced welding joints disperse heavy load pressure evenly on the whole mesh belt, avoiding local sagging and deformation when stacked heavy workpieces are transported.
