Main Structure
1.Conveying System: Chain supported SUS stainless steel mesh belt, driven by variable frequency motor with belt deviation alarm, stable operation & long service life.
2.Furnace Body & Insulation: Welded steel shell + full aluminum silicate fiber lining, outstanding thermal insulation, shell surface temp<45℃, energy-saving design.
3.Electric Heating System: Zoned Cr20Ni80 nichrome heating tubes, modular external installation for easy maintenance.
4.Hot Air Circulation: Top high-temperature resistant circulation fan + directional air duct, full convection to guarantee uniform temperature inside chamber.
5.Electric Control Cabinet: PLC + multi-segment PID temperature controller, program curve storage & over-temperature auto alarm; optional IoT remote monitoring.
