Products Overview

Continuous Mesh Belt Tempering Furnace is an automatic through-type thermal processing machine designed for mass tempering, stress relief and post-quenching conditioning of metal workpieces. It adopts high-temperature alloy mesh belt as the conveying system, transporting parts steadily through preheating, heating, soaking and air cooling zones for consistent tempering effect.

 

Equipped with powerful hot air circulating fans and multi-zone independent temperature control system, this tempering furnace delivers even heat distribution inside the chamber, ensuring uniform hardness, low deformation and bright surface finish for bulk metal components. It can work standalone or be integrated with mesh belt hardening furnace & washing machine to form a full automatic heat treatment production line.

Working Principle

Workpieces are evenly placed on the endless stainless steel mesh belt. Driven by variable-speed motor, the belt feeds parts into the furnace chamber step by step. Large impeller circulation fans force hot air to flow fully around the workpieces; each heating zone adopts independent PID temperature adjustment to maintain stable tempering temperature.

 

After constant-temperature soaking to eliminate quenching internal stress and optimize metal toughness, finished products move to the air cooling section and discharge continuously for next procedures.
