High temperature resistant stainless steel mesh belt transports workpieces at constant speed through multi-zone temperature-controlled heating chamber to complete tempering, stress relief and hardness adjustment after quenching.

Equipped with forced hot air circulation system, independent temperature zones and variable frequency mesh belt speed regulation, it supports 24/7 non-stop mass production. Perfect for small & medium metal parts including bolts, bearings, springs and auto fasteners. It can be combined with mesh belt hardening furnace & washing machine to form full-auto heat treatment production line, widely applied in fastener, automotive, bearing and hardware manufacturing.
