Product Overview

Muffle-free pusher quenching furnace is an integrated continuous atmosphere heat treatment line without sealed heat-resistant steel muffle liner inside hearth. Heating radiant tubes are directly installed in refractory chamber for full radiation heat transfer, equipped with auto feeding gas seal, multi-zone carburizing heating, automatic dropping quenching tank.It realizes full automatic continuous carburizing, carbonitriding & bright hardening for mass metal parts. Different from traditional muffle-type pusher quenching furnace, it eliminates high muffle replacement cost, improves thermal efficiency & atmosphere uniformity, widely used for automotive gears, fasteners, machinery structural parts high-volume hardening production.

1.Inlet Gas Purge & Flame Seal ChamberDouble nitrogen gas curtain + flame barrier to isolate air, prevent workpiece decarburization & oxidation, pre-purge protective atmosphere for loaded pusher plates.

 

2.Muffle-Free Anti-Carburizing HearthLightweight mullite fiber lining without steel muffle tank; side/top radiant tube heaters; internal circulation fan to homogenize temperature & carbon potential all over hearth.

 

3.Multi-Zone Temperature & Carbon Potential Control SystemSeparated preheating, carburizing, soaking zones with independent PID controller; oxygen probe closed-loop carbon control, stable case depth output.

 

4.Hydraulic / Servo Pusher Conveying SystemHeavy-duty SiC/mullite wear-resistant pusher plates & ceramic slide rails; intermittent uniform pushing, auto plate recycling after discharging.

 

5.Auto Drop Quenching MechanismAfter high temperature soaking, pusher plate shifts to discharge position, automatic turnover plate drops workpieces into quenching tank with air isolation gas curtain.
