The bright annealing brazing furnace is an integrated fully automatic protective atmosphere heat treatment equipment, which completes brazing and bright stress relief annealing synchronously in one production line. Adopting sealed muffle structure with ammonia decomposed H2/N2 mixed reducing atmosphere or high vacuum environment, it isolates air oxidation throughout the whole process. Bright anti-oxidation principle: The furnace is equipped with a thickened high-temperature resistant stainless steel muffle tank, filled with purified reducing protective atmosphere to ensure zero oxygen in the sealed cavity. High-temperature hydrogen completely removes oxide layers such as iron oxide and chromium oxide on workpiece surfaces. Continuous atmosphere protection during cooling prevents secondary oxidation and retains the original bright metal finish. 2. Dual-process integration principle: The constant temperature zone accurately meets dual process standards. The temperature of 850-1080℃ melts copper and silver filler metals to form dense metallurgical brazing joints via capillary action. Meanwhile, the high-temperature holding stage completes metal recrystallization, eliminates residual stress caused by stamping and machining, and realizes bright annealing of base materials, finishing welding and heat treatment in one single pass.
