Custom Stainless Steel Impeller Furnace Circulation Fan for Fastener Production Line

This customized circulation fan is developed for clean, anti-corrosion heat treatment environments. The whole impeller is fully welded SUS304 stainless steel, solving the rust, oxidation and metal particle shedding problems of ordinary iron fans when processing aluminum alloy, stainless steel bright parts and clean heat treatment products. We support full non-standard customization: shaft length, flange size, blade quantity and motor power can be adjusted according to customer furnace internal space, temperature curve and clean production requirements. Widely matched with aluminum continuous brazing furnaces, no-oxidation bright annealing lines and new energy component heat treatment ovens.

The stainless steel impeller rotates to drive hot air circulation inside sealed atmosphere furnace. SUS304 material maintains stable structure under high temperature nitrogen/hydrogen protective atmosphere, will not rust or produce impurity powder. Uniform hot air circulation eliminates local overheating of thin-wall aluminum parts, ensures consistent brazing & annealing effect without surface discoloration and impurity spots. All customized sizes match customers’ non-standard furnace workshop layout.

1. High temperature resistant motor: Special vertical motor with heat insulation coating, withstand long-term ambient temperature below 120℃ outside the furnace.

2. Cast iron fan base: Grey cast iron / ductile iron / stainless steel composite optional, heat insulation interlayer design to isolate furnace high temperature.
