The muffle tube is the core high-temperature resistant inner chamber of continuous mesh belt heat treatment furnaces, bright annealing furnaces, carburizing quenching furnaces and brazing furnaces.
It is a sealed heat-resistant metal cavity that separates heating elements & insulation refractory from workpieces and protective atmosphere. It encloses parts in a stable sealed atmosphere chamber to prevent metal oxidation & decarburization under high temperature, ensuring bright, defect-free finished workpieces with consistent hardness.
