What is brazing furnace

A brazing furnace is a professional high-temperature thermal processing equipment designed for precision metal brazing. Different from traditional welding, it melts only the brazing filler metal while keeping the base metal solid. Under vacuum or protective atmosphere, the molten brazing material penetrates the workpiece gaps through capillary action, forming smooth, high-strength, oxidation-free joints after cooling. It is ideal equipment for bright and high-precision mass brazing of metal components in refrigeration, automotive, hardware and tool industries.

Working Principle

The complete brazing process adopts a standard three-stage continuous treatment to ensure stable brazing quality:

1. Degreasing & Preheating – Remove surface oil, dust and cutting residues at low temperature to avoid pores, virtual welding and welding defects.

2. High-temperature Brazing – Heat evenly to the melting point of the brazing filler. The liquid brazing material fully infiltrates the welding gaps to form tight and uniform joints.

3. Controlled Cooling – Cool gradually under protective atmosphere to prevent oxidation, discoloration and thermal deformation, ensuring bright surface and consistent welding strength.
