The mesh belt salt bath furnace is typically combined with a mesh belt heating furnace, washing machine, etc., to form a mesh belt salt bath quenching heat treatment production line. It is a continuous heat treatment equipment used for austempering of small metal parts.

Equipment Overview

The mesh belt salt bath quenching furnace production line mainly consists of the following units:

Mesh Belt Heating Furnace Heats workpieces to austenitizing temperature (typically 830-860℃)

Salt Bath Tank

Contains molten nitrate salt, workpieces fall into it for austempering

Washing Machine

Cleans residual salt from workpiece surface after quenching

 

Working Process: After being heated in the furnace, workpieces directly fall into the salt bath tank below, undergo isothermal transformation in the constant-temperature salt bath, and are finally automatically extracted by an elevator.

Mainly used for bainite austempering and martensite stepped quenching of small basic parts. Typical application parts include:
