This steel‑belt continuous bright annealing furnace is a fully‑automatic continuous‑operation thermal processing system. Under controlled protective atmosphere, it performs continuous bright annealing and solution treatment for stainless steel tubes, corrugated tubes, copper tubes, steel pipes and pipe fittings.
It also processes stainless steel deep‑drawn components, tableware, fasteners, cutting tools, miniature shafts, screws and rivets. It supports continuous brazing production for silver, copper, aluminium and steel assemblies. Workpieces exit with bright metallic surfaces, free of oxidation and decarburization, eliminating costly pickling or post‑polishing procedures.
Main Features
1.Continuous Steel-Belt Conveying System Stainless steel steel-belt transport driven by reducer and chain drive. Workpieces move steadily forward with uniform heating, minimising collision marks, scratches and deformation.
2.Hermetic Muffle Retort with Atmosphere Isolation Sealed stainless steel muffle retort isolates outside air. Controlled protective atmosphere prevents oxidation and decarburization during high-temperature processing to retain original bright metal finish.
3.Integrated Ammonia Decomposition Gas Supply Unit Matching ammonia decomposer provides high-purity mixed hydrogen-nitrogen atmosphere, stable gas supply for consistent bright annealing quality across batch runs.
4.Water-Cooled Rapid Cooling Section Built-in water-cooling assembly enables controlled rapid cooling inside atmosphere-sealed chamber. Avoids re-oxidation during cooling phase.
5.Modular Layout & PLC Centralized Control Combination of heating furnace, water-cooling unit, muffle retort, input/output material stations and electrical control cabinet. Multi-zone PID temperature control, easy operation and process parameter traceability.
6.Lower Post-processing Cost Finished parts are bright-finished directly out of furnace. No pickling, sand-blasting or manual polishing is required, saving secondary-processing investment.

Working Principle
Workpieces are loaded onto the steel-belt at the inlet station. Driven by drive wheels and S-roller sets, the steel-belt carries workpieces into the sealed stainless steel muffle retort.
Inside the muffle retort, workpieces go through heating, holding and water-cooling zones under protective atmosphere. Outside air is fully isolated. Parts achieve bright annealing without oxidation and decarburization, then discharge at output station.

A: Mainly ammonia decomposition gas (hydrogen-nitrogen mixture). Pure nitrogen atmosphere is also available as option.
Q: Do parts need pickling after heat treatment?
A: No. Workpieces keep bright metallic surface inside sealed muffle retort, pickling process can be omitted.
Q: Can this furnace do both bright annealing and continuous brazing?
A: Yes. It supports bright solution annealing for stainless steel as well as continuous brazing for copper-based and silver-based filler metals.
