Product Overview
This steel‑belt continuous bright annealing furnace is a fully‑automatic continuous‑operation thermal processing system. Under controlled protective atmosphere, it performs continuous bright annealing, normalizing, aging, quenching and solution treatment for wide‑range metal workpieces, as well as continuous brazing production for silver, copper, aluminum and steel components. Workpieces processed by this furnace obtain bright metallic surface without oxidation and decarburization defects.
It is widely applied for stainless steel tubes, stainless steel bellows, copper tubes, steel pipes and pipe fittings. Besides tubular parts, it also handles stainless deep‑drawn parts, tableware, fasteners, cutting tools, miniature shafts, stainless steel screws and rivets. The equipment is also suitable for annealing and reduction treatment of stainless‑steel powder materials.
Compared with traditional bright heat‑treatment furnaces, this model achieves 30 % protective‑atmosphere gas saving, superior bright surface effect and outstanding thermal insulation performance. The outer shell temperature of furnace body is close to room temperature for safer operation.
The complete furnace system consists of climbing feeding platform, steel‑belt tensioning system, steel‑belt transmission assembly, main furnace body, temperature‑control heating system, protective‑atmosphere reduction system, water‑cooling system and muffle tension compensation device, together with water‑cooled cooling unit, stainless steel muffle tank, front & rear conveying tables, electrical control cabinet and ammonia decomposer.
Stainless steel muffle tanks are installed inside both heating chamber and cooling chamber. Inside the muffle tank runs a stainless steel conveying steel belt to transport workpieces through the whole thermal processing zone. Conveying tables are arranged at furnace inlet and outlet. Driving pulley, driven pulley and S‑shaped roller groups are mounted under the conveying tables. The reducer drives driving pulley via chain transmission, so that the steel belt carries workpieces moving forward steadily.
Working Principle
Workpieces are placed on the circulating stainless steel belt and conveyed continuously into the sealed muffle tank. Inside the muffle tank, protective atmosphere isolates outside air completely. While passing through pre‑heating zone and heating zone, constant and uniform heating is achieved. Then workpieces go through multi‑section controlled water‑cooling inside the muffle tank.

Main Component Introduction
1. Muffle Tube
Muffle tube is fabricated from imported Swedish SUS310S heat‑resistant oxidation‑resistant stainless‑steel plate, δ8 mm. The upper part is arch‑shaped (fan‑shaped) pressed for structural reinforcement to prevent muffle sagging. The lower part adopts trough‑shaped pressing to resist thermal‑shock deformation. Effective length: approx. 4700 mm. Front end of heating‑zone muffle is fixed; rear‑end adopts bidirectional tension‑balance compensation structure to release thermal stress and eliminate distortion caused by thermal expansion & cold contraction.
2. Pre‑heating Section
Pre‑heating section length: 2000 mm; inner chamber material: SUS304 stainless steel.
3. Multi‑stage Water‑Cooling System
Totally 4‑segment closed water‑jacket cooling structure.
1st cooling segment: SUS310S inner liner, length 1000 mm, plate thickness δ8 mm
2nd / 3rd / 4th cooling segment: each 3000 mm length, inner liner material SUS304
Outer jacket: high‑quality carbon‑steel plate δ8 mm Each cooling segment adopts independent circulating water loop: water inlet on rear‑left side, water outlet on front‑right side. Segmented independent circulation realizes fast and even cooling for outgoing workpieces.
4. Main Heating Furnace Body
Effective furnace body length 5000 mm with 5 independent heating zones. Furnace shell and supporting frame are assembled by steel plates and section steel. Refractory bricks support muffle tube and heating elements; thermal insulation adopts high‑temperature ceramic fiber cotton; top sealing insulation uses high‑temperature ceramic fiber blocks. Compact structure, easy access for inspection and maintenance, excellent thermal insulation performance.
5. Electrical Control Cabinet
Independent vertical electrical control cabinet. Equipped with 5 pieces of Yudian digital intelligent temperature controllers together with Feiyang thermocouples. Real‑time display for three‑phase working current & voltage. Built‑in functions include earth‑leakage protection, over‑temperature alarm and power‑off interlock protection. Heating power is automatically regulated by 5 sets of power regulators, enabling adjustable heating output and high‑precision temperature control.
