The box-type tempering furnace is a national standard type of periodic operation box-type furnace. 1. The outer shell of the box-type tempering furnace is made of Q235 steel plate, and the inner lining is made of 3mm perforated stainless steel sheet. The furnace chamber is movable for easy maintenance and removal as a whole.

2. The temperature control system uses a power regulator, with other electrical components from Delixi Electric Appliances. It includes functions such as heat preservation timer and over-temperature alarm. The temperature control system uses a touch screen to effectively prevent over-temperature and differential temperature phenomena, ensuring more uniform temperature throughout the furnace chamber. Six temperature probes are controlled, and the ammeter is digitally displayed for easy and clear readings.

3. The furnace door is a left-right swing-opening type, with a tight fit between the door and the furnace body surface to ensure uniform air circulation within the chamber.

4. A powerful air-cooled centrifugal fan is installed to further uniform the temperature within the chamber. The fan has an extended shaft, and the blades and shaft are made of 304S material.
