Box Type Tempering Furnace is a batch-type electric furnace primarily designed for heat treatment of metal and alloy steel parts in an air atmosphere. Equipped with a control cabinet, this box type tempering furnace enables either manual or automatic temperature control to meet the heat treatment requirements of various metal and alloy steel components.

1. The furnace walls of the box-type tempering furnace are constructed from A3 steel plates, with the inner lining made of 3-mm perforated stainless steel plates that are pressed into shape. The furnace chamber is removable, allowing for easy removal of the entire unit for maintenance.

2. The temperature control system is regulated by a power controller, with all other components supplied by Delixi Electric. It features control functions such as heat retention timing and over-temperature alarms. The temperature control system utilizes a touchscreen interface to effectively prevent over-temperature and temperature variations, ensuring more uniform and consistent temperatures throughout the furnace chamber. The 6-point temperature probe control meter is digital, making readings easy to observe at a glance.

3. The chamber-type tempering furnace door features a left-right swing opening mechanism. The door fits tightly against the furnace body surface to ensure uniform air circulation within the chamber.

4. Equipped with a set of powerful air-cooled centrifugal exhaust fans to ensure more uniform temperature distribution inside the chamber. The fans feature extended shafts; the impeller and shaft are made of 304S stainless steel, with an impeller thickness of 4 mm and a diameter of 550 mm.

5. The heating element assembly features spiral-shaped heating wires arranged in layers, with a simple disassembly design that facilitates routine maintenance during operation; the heating wires are distributed throughout the top, bottom, left, and right sides of the furnace body as well as at the furnace door, ensuring uniform temperature distribution inside the furnace.
